Konami announced to change the way banslist are made. instead of releasing one in a set time period and date, they now want to change the lists in shorter intervalls when it's needed. let's hope they really do it like that. here is the new list for July: newly banned: Djinn Releaser of Rituals (from 3) - blame Nekroz, but actually it's a good thing. Lavalval Chain (from 3) - could be limited, but it was used in every OTK and FTK and every meta-deck. let's see what happens without it. newly limited: Shurit, Stragtegist of the Nekroz (from 3) - yay! but they should have limited the other meta-decks too. maybe in the next list. Trishula, Dragon of the Ice Barrier (from 0) - finally! newly semi-limited: Atlantean Dragoons (from 1) - Atlanteans are back. hopefully more real Atlantean and not just Merlantean ... Dragon Ravine (from 1) - Dragunities are back. now we just need Spellbook of Judgment back (probably with an errata). newly unlimited: Glow-Up Bulb (from 1) - it's about time that this happened. Sinister Serpent (from 1) - the errata'd version. finally we get it back. Dark Strike Fighter (from 1) - why was this even banned? they should take care of Goyo Guardian instead ... Sacred Sword of Seven Stars (from 2) - ok seriously, why was this on the ban-list? Temple of the Kings (from 1) - the errata'd version. finally the egyptian styled decks are back Exchange of the Spirit (from 1) - ^

new banist for october =(^.^)= i'm too tired today to write as detailed as last time, so just a short description: www.mediafire.com/convkey/4965/iscg90gwo6mir3nfg.jpg?size_id=anothing came off the forbidden list, but at least they hit the meta this time. nekroz, shaddoll and quliphort and a few other cards are less dominant now. the new format begins at 9th november.
