as promised, here is my monarch deck "Royal Family":
it has the 6 main monarchs with their mega forms and vassals, all the monarch spell and trap cards and aither and erebus and the knights.
other cards are battle fader, dandylion, level eater, majiosheldon, pinpoint guard, rainbow kuriboh and majesty's fiend.
they are all explained in my article about the monarchs.
the side deck is for the occasion that some of the monarchs are not effective against my opponent.
in this case i switch them for delg the dark monarch and another majestiy's fiend, and more aither and erebus as well as the knights to replace the megas and vassals.
since that makes a lot of light and dark monsters, i added black luster soilder.
typhoon and fairy wind are helpful against pendulums (if mobius isn't enough) and help to remove skill drain.
so far i only used the side deck once, it is fun as it is, no need to change much.

the basic strategy is to use tenacity to grab pantheism and draw cards, then banish it to get another spell/trap.
use return of the monarchs to grab mega monarchs or monarchs with useful effects and tribute dangerous monsters with stormforth.
erupt, awaken and march are for protection, dominion stops all meta decks except other monarchs and nekroz.
escalation is great to summon the mega monarchs (especially if you just got them with return of the monarchs).
long story short:
with the right set-up you can continuously tribute summon monarchs for monarchs and destroy your opponents cards until you win.

I made a very big mistake in mine and prob have to start over. The other reason why it isn't finished yet is becouse I'm lazy.
